Ms. Bourgon has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry with multinational organizations, startups and as an insurance industry consultant.<\/p>

Currently, she oversees a portfolio of work that spans all sectors of the insurance industry. For the past 3 years, Andr\u00e9e has focused on building the insurance strategy and transaction practice including a multitude of transactions across the P&C, Broker, Health and Life space as well as a large portfolio of organic growth strategies helping clients launch new insurance businesses, products, distribution channels, build enterprise strategies and plans to realize the benefits.<\/p>

Formerly, Andr\u00e9e was VP of global strategy at insurance startup Ascot Group, where she was responsible for designing and scaling the firm\u2019s operating model. Before that, she spent nearly seven years at AIG which included formulating global M&A strategy, launching an internal consulting organization at the company, and serving as chief of staff for AIG Property Casualty Finance.<\/p>

Ms. Bourgon earned a BS in mathematics and statistics from the University of Western Ontario, and a post-graduate diploma of business administration, management accounting, and business from Sir Wilfrid Laurier University.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
