Mr. Cornell has over 20 years of experience in financial services.\u00a0 Formerly with AIG, he oversaw the asset management team and portfolio construction teams that invested assets backing life and retirement liabilities and surplus.\u00a0 His responsibilities included asset origination and portfolio management, risk and capital management, liability driven investment strategies, strategic and tactical asset allocation, regulatory and rating agency reporting, analytics, and other investment related functions.\u00a0 He served as a board member for several AIG related and third-party companies.\u00a0<\/p>

Prior to being dedicated to the Life and Retirement division, he served in other positions in AIG Investments including Head of Asset Management, Chief Investment Officer of AIG General Insurance and Head of Municipal Bond Investments.\u00a0 He joined the investment team in 1994. \u00a0<\/p>

Mr. Cornell earned his MBA in finance from Fordham University and his BS\u00a0 is business administration with a concentration in finance from Bryant University.\u00a0 He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) professional designation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
