Paul Mallen<\/strong> has over 30 years of experience across a wide range of industries and in various corporate finance activities, including transaction advisory services, capital structuring, and credit and financial analysis. His expertise and experience also encompass operations, accounting and auditing, as well as SEC regulatory compliance and reporting.<\/p>

Paul joined Amalgamated Life in 2005 as its Chief Financial Officer leading all financial management while overseeing various operational areas and playing a pivotal role in shaping corporate strategic initiatives. He was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer in 2018 and serves on the company\u2019s board of directors.<\/p>

Paul holds an MBA, finance and international business, from the New York University Stern School of Business. He was awarded a BA, accounting, from Emory University.<\/p>

Paul is a CPA and a member of the AICPA. He is a member of the SIFM and serves on its Board of Directors.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
