In a world defined by volatility, insurers are confronting a new reality: risks are no longer isolated, predictable, or contained. They are systemic, interconnected, and accelerating. This year’s program brings together the industry’s most influential executives, strategists, economists, and risk leaders to explore how insurance must evolve.

A Night of Two Realms

A charitable black tie evening raising money for the St George’s Society of New York.

In the heart of late autumn, the veil between our world and the supernatural has worn thin. Inspired by the celestial friction of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, we invite you to an evening where the rigid laws of the Mortal Court collide with the wild, unpredictable magic of the Fae.

King Oberon and Queen Titania are at odds, and their discord has pulled the lush spirit of midsummer into the crisp shadows of October. For one night only, the seasons have tangled, and the doors to La Victoria serve as the gateway to both.

We are thrilled to announce that, for the second consecutive year, St. George’s Society of New York is partnering with Chartered Accountants Worldwide (CAW) and the Society of Insurance Financial Management (SIFM) to bring this magical evening to life.

REGISTER NOW

While the evening is strictly Black Tie, we ask that your attire reflects your chosen realm:

The Mortals: Honor the Court in traditional tuxedos, structured floor-length gowns, and sharp, symmetrical silhouettes.

The Fae: Channel the spirits of the wood in deep forest velvets, shimmering iridescent fabrics, botanical headpieces, or floral embroidery.

Ticket Prices

Member Ticket | $50

(Members of CAW, SIFM, and St. George’s Society of New York)

Non-Member Ticket | $60

Spouses, colleagues and acquaintances are encouraged to attend.

Ticket includes entry and hors d’oeuvres. Please note this is a cash bar.

Leadership isn’t a destination — it’s a journey.

Laurie Pascal of Harvard reminds us that “Leadership is a lifelong journey, an opportunity to continuously grow and learn and improve and become more effective.”

Inspired by this perspective, SIFM Young Leaders invite you to a workshop to help you explore and chart your career path.

The Young Leaders program goes beyond technical skills. You’ll learn strategies to drive success with real-world insights and practical tools to turn your ambitions into an achievable career roadmap.

Join us in Philadelphia on November 18th for a panel discussion with accomplished young leaders who’ll share:

What sparks new ideas and provides a new perspective

How to identify and engage a mentor

Advantages of having different types of mentors

Managing expectations regarding promotions and leadership roles

Balancing career demands and life/family demands
