Dr. Krystal Duarte examines how women navigate cooperation, competition, close relationships, and career advancement across personal and professional contexts, with a particular focus on the hidden social and organizational costs that shape women’s career trajectories.

Krystal earned a BA in psychology from California State University at Fresno.  She was awarded an MA and a PhD in psychology from Oklahoma State University.
