Mr. Acosta has over 22 years of industry and consulting claims experience. Jake is responsible for leading claims operational and practice reviews, vendor management and claim financial leakage assessments. He is also responsible for developing end-to-end claims that target operating models for insurance carriers, third party administrators, state funds and large corporate self-insureds.

Jake has led several group benefit and property and casualty claims transformation initiatives with a focus on optimizing the end-to-end claim capabilities while enhancing the customer experience through technology.

Jake is fluent in Spanish and has worked with private and public entities throughout the country including EY, Travelers, and Liberty Mutual developing expertise in claims initiatives.

Mr. Acosta was awarded a BA in communications and management information systems from Long Island University. He earned an MBA in general management from Touro University. He is certified as a Senior Claims Law Associate.
