Mr. Racano has over 20 years of experience leading assurance & advisory services for global clients in the insurance, technology, media & industrial products sectors.

Mike has spent the last 9 years in the New York Insurance Practice focused on both property casualty and life/annuity companies, helping these clients through some of their most complex business, regulatory and accounting issues, including significant reorganizational and divestiture transactions, support for a multi-year restatement, a regulatory related actuarial governance project, business process and internal controls optimization and support for a carve-out audit.

Mr. Racano graduated from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University earning a BSBA in accounting and finance. He is a CPA and a member of the AICPA and the NJSCPA.
