Mr. Holland has over 20 years of experience in international tax serving large, multinational clients in the financial services industry. He has been involved in numerous areas of international tax planning for financial services clients and serves many of EY’s largest multinational financial services clients.

Eddie advises clients on the implications of US tax reform on global operations including GILTI, BEAT, FDII, among others. He has worked on the development and implementation of cross-border funding structures utilized to fund growing business operations in various non-US jurisdictions.

Mr. Holland received a BS in business administration from Lander University and earned an MA in professional accountancy from Clemson University with an emphasis in Taxation. He is a CPA licensed in North Carolina.
