Mr. Ocasal has over 20 years of experience. As head of the US International Insurance group, Chris provides planning and transactional advice on transactions to US multinationals with international operations and foreign multinationals with US operations.

Chris represents clients on tax controversy matters involving cross-border issues and transactions. He has extensive experience structuring cross-border investments for private equity, hedge fund and investment banking firms. He is a recognized thought leader and author on passive foreign investment companies and cross-border US international tax issues affecting multinational insurance companies.

Mr. Ocasal earned a JD from George Washington Law Center and an LLM from Georgetown University.
