  • Understand recent SEC comment letter trends, with a focus on those most significantly impacting the insurance industry
  • Explore the obstacles insurers face in underwriting, pricing and selling cyber insurance
  • Comprehend the maze of tax reform issues their impact and potential pivot points which may require action before the end of 2019.
