Mr. Fitzgerald is an experienced senior finance executive with more than 20 years of diverse experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.

John was most recently Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at ProSight Specialty Insurance, helping to both take them public and to be acquired in a private transaction.  Previously, he held senior roles at QBE Insurance, including CFO of the Equator Re division in Bermuda.  He started his career with Ernst & Young LLP in their assurance practice.

Mr. Fitzgerald was awarded a BS in economics and accounting from the College of the Holy Cross.  He is a licensed CPA.  John is a member of the President’s Advisory Council of the SIFM.
