Women of SIFM is a special interest group within the Society of Insurance Financial Management. It is a supportive community for women in insurance finance to learn, share experiences and build the leadership skills and connections needed to thrive in a fast-changing global industry.
Through networking and member-led dialogue, Women of SIFM helps to expand one’s relationships, gain practical insight on leadership behaviors, and strengthens skills such as navigating tough conversations and resolving conflict – while advancing one another’s careers.
The Women of SIFM Steering Committee is comprised of SIFM members who shape programming and create opportunity for connection and growth.
