Mr. Sweeney currently is a director with private equity firm 1251 Capital using his 40 years of experience to help niche insurance groups grow and prosper. Formerly, Sean was an international marketing consultant for Tokio Marine Management & Insurance Companies. Prior to this role, he served as president and CEO of Philadelphia Insurance Companies.

Mr. Sweeney founded High Road to Hope LLC which is a management consulting, benefits and property casualty insurance agency generating recurring revenue and fee income for families below the poverty level who need access to quality educational programs that focus not only on academic excellence but the “whole person” from a fitness and nutritional perspective.

Mr. Sweeney earned a JD from Concord Law School at Purdue University. He holds an MBA in marketing from Saint Joseph’s University and a BA in business administration from the University of Mount Union.
