Eric McGann is an Audit and Assurance Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Financial Services practice with more than 12 years of experience serving public and private clients. He specializes in the insurance sector, leading audit engagements for publicly traded global insurance brokerage organizations and public and private property and casualty insurers. Eric is known for his client-focused approach, strong cross-functional leadership, and ability to build and develop high-performing teams.

Over the course of his career, Eric has led global teams through complex audit and accounting matters, including SEC filings, SOX compliance, carve-out transactions, discontinued operations, goodwill impairment, significant acquisitions, and remediation of material weaknesses in internal control. He also brings specialized experience in auditing actuarially determined insurance reserves and alternative investments.

Eric earned a BS in accounting and international business from Villanova University. He is a Licensed CPA in the state of Pennsylvania, with memberships in the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
