Julia Lamm has over 20 years of experience helping clients address complex organization transformation challenges, driven by disruption from digitization, regulation, deals, business model changes, technology and cost pressures. ​

Her experience includes workforce strategy and planning, operating model and organization design, HR strategy and transformation, talent strategy and process design, HR technology strategy and implementation, change management and culture change, and program/project management. ​

Julia earned a BA in journalism and international studies from the University of North Carolina. She earned an MBA in corporate finance and strategy from the NYU Stern School of Business.
