Arleen Paladino has over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry. She is responsible for the organization’s financial reporting, management reporting, internal audit and planning and business unit support departments.

Arleen’s experience with Crum & Forster includes roles in field reporting, financial operations, IT project management, SOX 404 compliance and internal audit.

Arleen earned a BS in accounting at West Virginia Wesleyan College and an MBA in finance at Fairleigh Dickinson University. She was recently named to the 2025 NJBIZ Leading Women in Business.
