Jeremiah German has more than 11 years of professional tax experience serving financial services clients, with a core focus on insurance companies. He has experience with M&A advisory on both the buy and sell side including post-merger integration.

Jeremiah has led complex engagements to transform tax operating models, including transitioning in-house tax functions to outsourced staffing approaches. Through these efforts, he has helped multiple companies modernize tax process, accelerate tax compliance obligations, streamline provision reporting, and enhance overall operating effectiveness. He has led both AICPA and SEC audits for domestic and international companies.

Jeremiah earned a BS in accounting, summa cum laude, as well as a Gold Medal of Excellence: Accounting from Sacred Heart University. He was also awarded an MS in accounting with honors from Sacred Heart University.
