Kelly Guinan is a part of PwC’s Responsible AI group where he helps clients define and implement their enterprise approaches to governing AI technology.

He has more than a decade of experience at PwC, performing and leading engagements related to internal controls, enterprise risk management, and responsible AI risk and control governance across a variety of industries. Most recently, Kelly has led the development of customized attestation products over AI systems as part of PwC’s Assurance for AI program to meet the needs of a variety of third-party stakeholders seeking trust over AI solutions.

Kelly has developed and revised AI development practices to align around a standardized set of risk-based practices and documentation requirements and support a streamlined path to deployment for Generative AI solutions.

Kelly earned a BS in accountancy and information systems 9 magna cum laude) and an MAcc in accountancy both from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He is a CPA licensed in New York State.
