William Meacock has more than 30 years of experience in the treaty reinsurance market. He currently leads the New York property treaty broking team overseeing several major client relationships within Guy Carpenter, a MARSH Business.

Additionally, Will plays an integral role within the firm’s property center of excellence, helping to drive knowledge and strategy development across Guy Carpenter’s global property network.

He joined Guy Carpenter in 1994 and relocated to New York from the firm’s London office in 2006, Prior to his move, he led the property risk team for the North America wholesale treaty business.

Will holds a degree in economics and sociology from the University of Durham (England). He is an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
