Mattthew Cassidy has over 18 years of experience in internal audit specifically with the operations of insurance carriers, reinsurers and brokers. He currently leads IA innovation and technology risk solutions, including IT audit and control automation.

Matt has run large global internal audit programs and SOX implementations. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies on evaluating and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their audit programs. He has also led the integration of offshore teams to ensure the highest quality, while minimizing the cost of delivery.

Matt earned a BS in business administration, decision and systems sciences from Saint Joseph’s University. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
