Brian Lo has over 30 years of experience in reinsurance, capital management, and structured finance as well as leading high-performance teams across disciplines and geographies to execute large, complex transactions and solutions.

Currently Brian leads the financial solutions team which uses reinsurance applications to help clients address capital needs. The team also leads reinsurance acquisitions of large in-force blocks.

Prior to joining SCOR, Brian was an SVP with Gallagher Re’s Life Solutions Group, where he brokered asset-intensive reinsurance transactions. Brian also had senior roles at Swiss Re, MBIA, JPMorgan and New York Life, where he specialized in structured reinsurance, insurance-linked securities, and capital management.

Brian earned a BS in mathematics and economics at Binghamton University. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
