Jackie Hilferty has over 25 years of experience in human resource management. In her current role, Jackie provides strategic partnership and support on talent-related matters for the global functions.

With a foundational HR generalist background, Jackie has held a variety of roles during her 16 years with Chubb including HRBP roles, HR Communications Leader and, until recently, Head of NA Talent Acquisition. Prior to Chubb, she gained valuable HR experience at The Siegried Group and ExecuTrain.

Jackie earned a BS in business administration from the University of Delaware. She received a Human Resources Management Certificate from Villanova University.

She earned a Professional in Human Resources Certification from the HR Certification Institute as well as a certified professional designation from the Society of Human Resource Professionals.
