Kate Northway is a communications executive with 15 years of experience specializing in media relations, executive visibility, crisis communications and content strategy. Kate advises companies and CEOs in financial services, technology and healthcare sectors, heling them navigate regulatory scrutiny, market volatility and reputational inflection points.

Prior to her current role, Kate served as senior advisor to the superintendent of the New York State Department of Financial Services leading communications, employee engagement, media relations and stakeholder management across issues such as digital asset and stablecoin policy, cybersecurity, consumer protection and insurance affordability.

Earlier in her career, she was with Omnicom Group ultimately serving as EVP overseeing corporate communications and business strategy across Omnicom’s public relations and public affairs firms.

Kate holds a BA in women’s studies and communications from Hamilton College and serves on the college’s Alumni Council.
