Lee Campbell is a seasoned financial services executive with more than 28 years of experience spanning accounting, financial reporting, accounting policy, and M&A. He currently serves on the finance, accounting and operations team where he leads accounting policy and oversees financial due diligence for M&A transactions.

Prior to his current role, he held leadership positions at MetLife, AIG, PwC and BDO. At MetLife he led a team of more than ten professionals responsible for investment accounting policy, M&A financial due diligence and support of SEC reporting. During his tenure at AIG, he served as the global head of accounting policy leading a team of over 30 professionals across New York, London, Houston, and Tokyo. In this role, he supervised financial due diligence efforts for M&A activities and the learning and development group. Earlier in his career, Lee was a senior manager in PwC’s audit practice and completed a three-year assignment in the firm’s national office.

Lee was awarded a BSBA in accounting from Strome College of Business at Old Dominion University. Lee is a CPA licensed in New York and New Jersey. He is an active member of the AICPA and the SIFM.
