Thomas Kelly has more than 28 years of experience serving leading domestic and international organizations providing audit, assurance and advising services across insurance, reinsurance private equity and asset management sectors.

Tom has extensive experience with PCAOB, SEC, NAIC, and Bermuda regulatory frameworks gained through both client engagements and senior leadership roles.

In addition, Tom has held senior leadership roles including KPMG insurance market lead, the US ESG insurance lead, as well as the Bermuda head of risk management and island group head of audit quality.

Thomas earned a BS in accounting from Saint Peter’s University and is a graduate of KPMG’s Chairman’s 25 partner program. He is a CPA licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Bermuda.
